25% of your service(s) scheduled will be charged for a no show or cancelled appointment with less than 48 hours of notice.

Client satisfaction is my number one priority. Although it is rare, if you do have concerns following your appointment, I encourage you to reach out to me within 1 week so we can resolve them together. I want all my clients to love their hair!:)
Late Policy
Late Policy
In the case that you arrive late to your appointment, the service may need to be adjusted to save time or the appointment may need to be rescheduled. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled then the 25% cancellation fee will be charged.

Children are only allowed in the salon for their own appointments.
